you're probably thinking of Sweet Dreams though
Nope, dad. Can you cite more songs? Thanks.
Nope. It's not the song I'm looking for.
Eurythmics- Sweet dreams
is that the song?
No.
I said male bass voice.

It could be any year. But I'm sure it's New Wave.

I know you said it's not sweet dreams, but please take a moment to consider this song, it's one of the best songs of the time period, very emblematic and, who knows, it might well be the song you're actually thinking about

Think of some words and the video?

All I know is that the singer has a very clear Bass voice. Monotonous melody for the voice but very dynamic for the background music. New Wave. A woman was singing in the middle hitting all the high notes. Just think about the contrast.

oh wait there is another 80s song, very famous, I don't remember the name right now, it was used in the movie Xmen apocalypse...

it could be bunny's song ...i mean it could be ..he doesn't know what it is so how does he know it isn't?

yeah he probably doesn't know what song it is himself.
And I must say this is a pretty good song, it should be firebunny's song, if sweet dreams didn't exist of course.
I could see this as a good sweet dreams replacement in another universe.
But not in this one.

No I heard it.
Bass is very low voice. Very low notes! Bee Gees are high notes. No falsetto in the song I'm looking for.

Let's not give up, daddy. But you're getting there.

Is this new wave, daddy? Looks classical to me.
1. where did you hear that song? Movie? Club? Church?
2. Do you think Ands likes that song?
3. Have you ever heard of Annie Lennox?
I guess chances are you have confused the decade and the singer anyway so it was probably this song?
