How to Maintain a Poker Face as a Leo Moon

Maintaining a poker face with a Leo Moon can be challenging due to your expressive nature. Practice neutral expressions and focus on controlling your emotions. Developing mindfulness and self-awareness helps keep your reactions in check during high-stakes situations. Over time, you can learn to mask your feelings more effectively while staying true to yourself.

^That last part was rude and unnecessary, I apologize. The core of my sentiment is: please do better people's lives are hurt if you fuck up in the courtroom, or boardroom, or where ever your specific legal practice takes ya lol.

Aka project more confidence, by doing a smidge less. Less asking more claiming for yourself of what you feel is true, within reason.

Cross-examine your circumstances then get a review from a friend who will give it to you straight but fairly.

I think I'm doing good, all things considered. New lawyers are often castigated. I've only been castigated once. My batting average is pretty high. 2 losses.

What are your thoughts so far on how to develop one, what have you done so far?

I dont think self-awareness has something to do with it, otherwise I'd be a pro.

as soon as you sit at the poker table boast of how you won millions playing poker, then proceed to smile while looking at every player in the eyes, then ask to start the game. Poker face is overrated

poker face is an active behaviour not a passive one. It's about being conscious of the cues you emit and supperssing them. Cues are not just about face or body but also the way you play so you can never totally have a poker face. Just avoid smiling or raising eyebrows when you have good cards.
