BALTIMORE — A prisoner sharing a police transport van with Freddie Gray told investigators that he could hear Gray —banging against the walls?? of the vehicle and believed that he —was intentionally trying to injure himself,?? according to a police document obtained by The Washington Post.

The prisoner, who is currently in jail, was separated from Gray by a metal partition and could not see him. His statement is contained in an application for a search warrant, which is sealed by the court. The Post was given the document under the condition that the prisoner not be named because the person who provided it feared for the inmate's safety.

Judge ruled that the arrest was unjustified and found the cops guilty. Warrants issued for six of the cops and one of them is being charged with 2nd degree murder.

From yahoo news

Baltimore's State's Attorney Marilyn Mosby announced Friday morning that several officers involved in the death of Freddie Gray will face homicide charges.

Six Baltimore police officers have been criminally charged: Officer Caesar Goodson, Officer William Porter, Lt. Brian Rice, Officer Edward Nero, Officer Garrett Miller and Sgt. Alicia White.

These charges include — but are not limited to — second-degree murder, manslaughter, misconduct in office and false imprisonment.

Goodson was charged with second-degree depraved heart murder, which indicates a "callous disregard for the value of human life."

—I hope that as we move forward with this case, everyone will respect due process and refrain from doing anything that will jeopardize our ability to seek justice,?? she said.

She shared that both of her parents, several of her aunts and uncles and her late grandfather were all cops.

—The actions of these officers will not and should not in any way damage the important working relationships between police and prosecutors,?? she said, —as we continue to fight together to reduce crime in Baltimore.??

Though what Mosby revealed is now a matter of public record, much of the evidence will be withheld to ensure a —fair and impartial process for all parties involved.??

As the public waits for more information, details from the investigation have slowly begun trickling out.

A law enforcement official told the Washington Post that this was not the 25-year-old man??s only injury, and that his wounds were consistent with those generally seen in car crashes.

Multiple police sources told WJLA that the head wound corresponds with a bolt in the back of the vehicle, and that the impact broke Gray??s neck.

Oh dear.

An explosive report Wednesday night in the Washington Post cited a fellow passenger's account in a police affidavit that said Gray was thrashing around in an effort to injure himself, although that witness went on the city's CBS affiliate to say his words were taken out of context and that he now fears for his life after his statement was used to bolster the police version of events.

"When I was in the back of that van it did not stop or nothing," Danta Allen, who had been arrested for allegedly stealing a cigarette, told WJZ. "All it did was go straight to the station, but I heard a little banging, like he was banging his head," Allen said. "I didn't even know he was in the van until we got to the station."

Is Washington Post an affiliate of Faux News? lol

Gee triple Virgo...dude should have been more serious in life...maybe on the side of justice. A friend from school became a cop, Leo Moon, Pisces sun, triple Virgo too.
Although it was Mars, Jup and Sat, and Gray has Jup opp Sat (conflict/ disagreement with authority).
But Mars trine Saturn, he had a natural authority.
