anger is a secondary emotion ...if someone is anger ..they feel hurt ..humiliated ...ignored and frustrated ...I think that she was upset...whether we agree with her reasoning for being upset ...or how she chooses to express that ..well...those are her feelings we can't dictate it ..

As far as what you quote here? I agree with all of it. Doesn't impact what I said though. Racist people are people with feelings, people who have often been hurt by the race in question, they feel justified in their racism, etc.

sometimes ....they have been hurt by said race and sometimes they haven't ....I'm not sure what else to say about the title you shouldn't hate anyone ....period ..

We both agree on her reasoning for being upset. Being upset is not a reason to perpetuate racism, or publicly proclaim death wishes towards police, or any other human being. Its disgusting and incredibly foolish given this current climate.

Her anger really IS NOT justified though. That's the deeper issue. Because her anger is not towards the police that committed this crime exclusively, but a generalized hatred of white people. She frames it that way not realizing how stupid that sounds as it is the very DEFINITION of racism.

Also - you keep excusing this as if it is just the title of the thread, but that's not the case. She said in there that she thinks 75% of black people really hate white people. She responded to others with "This is why I hate white people" within the thread, etc.

Sure I can decide, and I'm talking about the direction/expression of that anger specifically. Not just a general feeling of "I'm angry". Her's is blatantly and obviously unethical. If you express that you hate a particular race in general because of the actions of certain members of that race, you are a racist. Your anger towards the entire race, like all instances of racism, is simply not justified. That's just some racist bullshyt plain and simple.

If you can't see it, then you don't know what racism is. If you think its ok, then you're racist.

Now as far as those being her feelings, and her having to deal with them...Of course. Charles Manson felt like he was justified in going on a murder spree to bring about an apocalyptic cleansing of the earth - Helter Skelter. He had deep passionate feelings about it. We get to say though, that no matter what he experienced in his life, that anger *directed* outwardly towards the rest of humanity, is not justified.

I know that your upset about what she said ....but I have already said I don't agree with the title ...I have already said you shouldn't hate anyone ...I don't know what you want me to say? I have even said in the thread that the title was fucked up ...I know cc will read this thread ...I defended her as a whole but I have not defended anything that I thought was wrong ..and I thought the title was wrong. I get why she said it...but I still think the title is wrong.
