Retrograde = superficial?
I'm quite sure I have a couple of generational planets in retrograde mode. But to answer the question, I don't know.

Is Mercury a generational planet? Or do you mean the slower moving ones like Pluto, Neptune etc?
I have Mercury, north node and Chiron all in retrograde, and they’re all also in a T-square with each other and the T-square was recently activated by that Taurus lunar moon and Uranus conjunction in taurus (conjunct my Chiron, opposite my Mercury and squaring my north node.)
Now my wheels are turning.. 🤔 astrology is so fascinating, like a big puzzle that I want to try to solve but really I need to be cleaning instead. lol

Untrue, for me at least. And I have everything but Venus in retrograde.

Generational plantes are the slower moving one...from jupiter to the rest. I have Neptune Pluto Saturn and Uranus in retrograde but not sure if I'm superficial.

Um *scratches head* like I don't want to scare all you ones with a chart full of retrogrades but it's highly likely that those with too many retrogrades will want children, don't care about a good education, money or even care much about getting jobs and if they do care about it its gone be a piece of lemon job just enough to get by with. Otherwise with too many retrogrades scrummage and forging off others expenses would be in the works.

Oh I'm not trying to imply there's something wrong with having too many retrogrades. No judgment zone here. But seeing that you wrote you have it all in your chart except in mars it's cool as long as you overcome all those odds and manifest them in a positive direction. Take me for example. With the little bit of retrogrades I have I confess I don't care about jobs. But I love money but don't want to work for it. Education-wise, let's just say I only went to school to get girls and eat lunch.

Retrogrades provide intuitive knowledge and conditional benifits.
I can see how someone could take a snap judgement as superficial though.
