I did a binary comparison between the two photos. They are identical.

Either Harruka has really copied her picture from AB's photos list.
Or AB has forgotten that she once reformatted a photo like this but with time and dxp's changes she had to upload the picture again and during that procedure she uploaded the original one which is somewhere on the net begging for being copied by every one. Inclduing by Harruka.
Ok, the shortest way to know it is if Harruka says wher she has the file.

Another question is whether "artists" are the only persons who have copy right on their modified pictures? Or anybody on the earth can claim copy rights. Like we copy paste lots of memes from all over the web etc.

If AB has not changed her avatar every now and then, it has been also a reason for us to be mad. Cause "where is my chees?".

To make the story more complicated:
ironically (my last) google image search was not able to find that 710x569x24 image. Neither on dxp nor somewhere else.

Most of the founds were smaller.

Anyway it is ridiculous to assume that other people won't resize their pictures. or downsize it exactly to the same size. nothing impossible.

It just seems unecessary. But then again, you making a thread to shame her is more about you, than it ever will be about her.

umm... I think you're on the wrong tier!

Maybe. Only maybe.
Yet you could try to reflect for a second, on why you find it necessary and in your nature to shame people about a picture. Maybe look within on why it gets you all bothered enough to make a thread about it, instead of confronting her. or even better, confronting yourself.
