*unavailable mother

Statistics say otherwise...

https://thefatherlessgeneration.wordpress.com/statistics/<BR>
63% youth suicides come from unavailable father homes

90% of all homeless and runaway children are from unavailable father homes- 32X the average

85% of all children who show behavior disorders are from unavailable father homes- 20X the average

80% of rapists with anger problems come from unavailable father homes-14X the average.

71% of high school dropouts come from unavailable father homes-9X the average.

I'd love to see the statistics on unavailable mothers though.

Would this not help the discussion against feminism?

200 years ago everybody was imperfect. And every woman had a man and some children. On the "form"al level children saw the father often enough. On the "content" level fathers were rare to catch in the old days too. (exception: the real good fathers like in the "our small farm" or "the Waltons")
Today due to many divorces (people are imperfect and we have to file for divorce) children see their fathers less than before. In form and Content he is rare to catch.

Also father had been forced to do more in a household. Today it is enough if he knows how to go to theaters or football when his turn to have the children. Less of real responsibility. More of money passing.

I don't know much about the "Age of Aquarius" bullshit but I know Liberals have been trying to convince people that 2 parent male-female families are unnecessary for a while now. It simply isn't true.

There is a HUGE advantage children grow up in loving, 2 parent heterosexual families have over those that grow up in alternate arrangements.

Age of Aquarius and technology is not going to change that.

We can't even make artficial organs from scratch to replace originals.
Articial embroys might be possible, but who raises the kids? Goverment?
Distopian nightmare come to life.

Extended family has the best track record and should be the ideal set up.
...but at this point, anything can be staticially better than single parent.

well, you can't bring the past back.

Setting women equal to sex providers would lead to more prostitution, human traffic, affairs, plastic puppets, masturbation, dating addiction and deranged characters.

all feminism wanted was more rights for women. that men cannot handle this was not part of the prgoram.

if you want more functioning pairship you, need to see the asexual part of the women too and support it.

PS: as men are simple creatures, they will change divorce law and we have the fix. not? no children any more? only by accident?

I'm sure it's all a combination of several root causes.

Another fact is:
200 years ago you had a cloud of religion, tradition and zeitgeist which also controled what a man or woman does to their partnerships.

Today you have either no other influences (are totally free to do what you want) or you simply don't care what your parents say etc. Example: teenage moms.

Another issue:

70 years ago a woman would love a man and marry another one for 40-60-80 years. Nowadys everybody is looking for romantic love. Then they fall in love with their square aspects. A few years later they notice the lack of compatibility for everyday life or for changed or changing goals.

Kill the romantic love! Clean it from women's brains! Burn the books! (just kidding)

No doubt a strong father-figure is most INTEGRAL to a strong and secure family unit. I believe those stats. And when we delve into American history to see that removing the father from the homes of black families was common practice, it speaks volumes about why minorities are at higher risk.

"Sadly, people believe anything that they hear"

at least I'm sure that Charlie (two and a half man), Barney Stinson (HIMYM) and types like them have shaped some norms in the heads of young people. Whether rape culture was inspired by media or it got created out of the dust I don't know.

Media cares too much for economy and less for anthropology.

When you can't get love or devotion from the opposite sex, you take what you can get.
— mentality I think quite a few operate on.

Lack of morals, character and hardship is not how you make useful and functional adults.
Sure you can make a new game or play by your own rules, but honestly how many people are aware of that?

The games either sex plays against the other are downright insidious. I honestly think that I'll either marry outside the United States or marry outside my age group. The men my age strike me as mindless. Those who are intelligent are still very much immature emotionally.

... Did men become lazy fucksticks first and women are now dealing with a bunch of disinterested douchenozzles?

Or did women turn into a bunch of self absorbed thundercunts and men just decide to give up?

Usually, the problem lies in the women who complains in this situation, and I bet men who complain about women being "self-absorbed thundercunts" the problem is with those specific men.

People tend to overvalue themselves and have unrealistic expectations of their partners.

You see it on Dxp all the time.

The other day there was a docu on the TV about Cambodia. In an interview a Cappy-like woman said, "lots of women in the village have bad men. they're addicts, drink too much or beat their wives. These women get divorce and go to the big cities to work there in bars".

Also in middle Europe I'd say (no statistics, no knowledge, I talk from my stomach) some young women may first have a child then no man and leave their place to then land in the net of human traffic.

Were men always that imperfect but got away with it cause grandmothers, aunts and neighbours had the power to force women to live that life? I mean they could survive it so the young ones had to suffer the same. That was what a lady was to be.

You see how Chris Brown's hardliner tries to settle, "a Lady can process a lot if she is dedicated and loyal: TRUE LOVE hurts and heals"

Lmao...I saw that.

You make a good point but I have a hard time believing a man (college educated, white collar career with 80-90k+ income)is finding it difficult to find a quality woman.

I never said I had a problem finding a quality lover, but why does it have to have quality and be top notch? Why can't it be normal or average?

This is an arguable statement but in my opinion less is more.

I do make 100k a year, but it certainly wasn't from a collage diploma. It was from saving my *poor and uneducated* minium wage then investing it into real estate.

I set my own hours, hire my own workers, and chose if I want to make 80-100k plus yearly. I don't own any collage money, and I don't owe any loans since I started with my own savings.

I get tired of people always ready to throw others down and blame it on their intelligence.

You scored 33% on knowledge, higher than 17% of your peers.

This test may be corrupted. I could not find a way to give my bday. I could have gotten at least 50% for the age issue. Or did they lose a law case and are not allowed to let age play a role?

some generations have a sexodus problem, the others a marriageodus problem. all a chilodus prob.

our nature is crying outside in the rain while we are ignoring it in the company of mass media. with the greyed visions of Disney's princes/princesses in our backheads.

and whenever our surrogates meet each other in real talks they get confused and want to finish the dialog asap. "we talk later?"

Watch the new Chris Brown's Video ( vevo link here ).
And how he makes fun of women of his own folk. He compares "real hair" with the wig of black women. All because he is mad at his never ending community service. and why does he have to do community service? cause his gf of 2009 did not have real hair.

On the chattel comment.

Which would you rather be?

A Tool or A prize?
Soilder or house wife?
To have earn worth or be given it automatically?

Its insane to compare racial opression to female oppression.
Females are not a group monolith that were all equal and all suffering. Rich ones were safe and free to do whatever.

Women were never straight up killed just cause they were women. They had to belong to a targeted group in order to die. Even then, look up war brides. In fact look up matriarchy as well. Both African and Asian continents had them. Hell, China has a small village that is that way even now.

Finally, this is getting off topic. I say the tons of broken families Gen Y saw around them and quite a few were raised by, did a number on them, thus causing this to happen.

When was there a positive family sitcom shown in the last 15 years?

Black Protests= Getting attacked by the police.
Women's protest= Getting police esorts to protect them while they marched.

You act as if before those laws, raping and beating your wife was common practice and not seen in a negative light. A wife wasn't legally held accountable for breaking the law, her husband was in most society's until recently, historically wise. Hence was slapping women flipping their shit was seen as more like disciplining a child over actual abuse.

Tell me, why Should any society reward and help a woman take care of children she can't afford? All you have is morals, which were shoved up the ass of everyone via the religions everyone hates now. Logically, they add nothing to the society to make up for their costs they impose.

This was why women got with men. They didn't have cushy desk jobs until recently, so a woman had these choices:
- Get a job and compete with men to a degree where she wouldn't be fired for not proforming up to standard.
-Work a job that was less demanding, but with less pay as consequence.
...notice how single motherhood wasn't an option. There wasn't safety nets to cover for fuck ups.

So she could choose a career and be childless or choose a family and have no career. Granted they could have gotten jobs after the children left the home but nobody mentions that ever.

Economic reality isn't oppression. Next.

1. Me not being emotional =/= immoral or amoral person. Also nice personal attack, makes you look so moral and just.

2.You mentioned women were Dependant on men to survive. Going on this logic, if even getting a job herself didn't promise she could survive, why the hell would she have kids? My point. Not oppression, just economics.

3. Bullshit. That's like using pay gap myth to lie to people that women get paid 77 on the dollar for doing the same work, producing same quality and meeting the same STANDARDS as men. Which if it was true, business would be begging women to work for them as cheaper labor compared to men.

4. That's mostly due to nature over anything else. Less body strength and limited fertitly made women to be the more pragmatic sex. They have time limits on when they can have kids. So ones who want them will do things to maximize their chances of passing their genes instead of being a wage slave that has no responsibility for anyone but herself.

^^Maybe those black protest during the 50's and 60's didn't involve violence and was simply uncalled for. But then I will say some women are blind to logic and simply can't see things from our perspective and are too quick to make judgements. This can apply to anyone but if what you say that men never see women's patience and peacefulness then they can never see us.

...its funny reading your posts. Your pissed and projecting so much its almost adorable if you weren't actually being taken seriously.

1. You some attitudes now a days make women have less expected accountability then children. I agree, that women should be treated as adults. In all sense if the word.

2. If women didn't have kids, then they could fend for themselves. They were totally able to defend themselves against every danger inside and outside their society and were eager to face them at the risk of dying alone. Oh those darn men oppressed them with kids. Bastards.

3.Its related to the women not getting hired being due to some kind of sexism, instead of being out competed by other applicants or neoptism.

4.Speaking of that, Men still do the majority of that kind of work, like logging and construction. Were is the outcry to get women in those fields? Female coal miner. Garbage women.

Women flock to service jobs, law and medical fields. There is a push for women in stem, but its clearly they don't care. They just want numbers.

what?

Ratified on August 18, 1920, the 19th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution granted American women the right to vote

The Voting Rights Act, signed into law by President Lyndon Johnson (1908-73) on August 6, 1965, aimed to overcome legal barriers at the state and local levels that prevented African Americans from exercising their right to vote under the 15th Amendment (1870) to the Constitution of the United States.

Amendment 15. Ratified in 1870. Math says 50 years.

Voting Rights Act was put into law to squelch attempts of certain regions of the country to infringe on that right.

Weak people hide behind facts and stats all the time. That has nothing to do with what I said though. I'm talking specifically about the attitude of "I want to spell out all this but I'm surprised you're personally attacking me for it." That needs to go. Too many soft people like that, just opinions with no real belief behind it.

On the article:

If men are giving up on dating, for whatever reasons and particularly the reasons described in the article, they are surely not ready for the responsibility of wife and, dear I say, children.

Social navigation is social navigation whether it is a new boss, board of trustees, staff, mother, father, sister, girlfriend, wife or children.

If you are not capable, you're just not. It all starts with the individual.

Parents have said do as I say not as I do; we are often guilty until proven innocent; union vs. Right to work... if you can navigate this, what say you of dating and sex?

..."a large-scale exit from mainstream society by males who have decided they simply can't face, or be bothered with, forming healthy relationships and participating fully in their local communities, national democracies and other real-world social structures."---from the "Sexodus" article

So, why the article takes the bent towards "it's harsh and confusing dating environment," is idiotic.

My mom didn't love me enough, my father wasn't there, now.... girls won't kiss me, fuck me easily and willing? Those whores!

Perhaps it's natural selection.

Hmm, now that I'm out of my medicine induced stupidity I can kind of agree with that. Maybe they shouldn't make excuses for themselves and just blame themselves for the reason they can't get with anyone. There maybe some other factors but it all depends on the willpower of that person to get of his ass and at least communicate with the rest of his fellow Homo Stupidius. But then againdating environment does play some part. But mostly I will say it's individual willpower. And that's Europe so by normal standards- They're fucked.

You can frame it however way you want it, what I'm saying is don't be soft. Where you can take responsibility for yourself, take it. Been saying it from page 2 of the thread. Very simple solutions to all the theory that was mentioned in here. Simple steps where you don't have to rely on women or anyone else to give you a handout - like divorce insurance. There's no going around in circles about these very very basic things we can all individually do to assume max responsibility for our own lives. If everyone does that, relationships get stronger as a result and everyone benefits.

Sounds like a good lifestyle choice Tiz, but do you live by it?

I said you had a pompous attitude, not that you were a pompous asshole. and I said you have a pompous attitude because you implied that the only reason that a woman wouldn't have succeeded in a career is a male dominated workplace was because she wasn't capable of competing to the same standard. maybe that isn't what you meant, but that is what is implied when you say a woman needs to keep up with men or find a less difficult job... and if they don't succeed under these options that means they just aren't up to par.

This IS pompous because it ignores the fact that women face discrimination in the workplace that has nothing to do with the quality of their work.

And I also said if you think that men should be in charge of keeping women in line, your thinking is fucked. Is that what you think? If not, you taking it personally was YOU projecting and being emotional.

I'm direct with my words, don't confuse it for emotion or lack of valid content.

That's exactly what I meant. The military and now even fire stations have lower physcial standards for women to gain entry. That's not equality that's special treatment/prevliedge.
