Melatonin pills you can get them at CVS. Works well! I work 7p-7a and my mind is always running 100/sec when I get home.. I am so lucky I get 5 hours max of sleep everyday. And when I am off I sleep 12 hours to make up for all the 3-4 12 hour shifts I do. Sad world...

Yeah i have phases where i can't sleep properly at all and no matter what i try to do, i still wont be able to fall asleep. tried sleep hypnosis vids lol they were useless.

same here.. but not with the hynosis vids.

I have days where i can sleep really well, and days when i can't sleep.

if i work out, go biking, hiking, exercise, i'm really beat at the end of the day and i can sleep really really good.

this is what i notice. I hadn't been able to work out as good, (go out biking ect) as the weather has been raining so i do some limited exercise in the home, but it's not enough and it doesn't exhaust as much.

This may sound weird but I play Categories in my head. Like things that are green and have to list something with each letter of the alphabet....apple, broccoli, etc. It turnseems my brain off from thinking random stuff and I get bored and fall asleep.
