But is it based on W/L?
Or can you have a champion with like say.. .500?
How does it work?
In order to face off against #1.. do I have to be #2?

The Champion wont be ranked. Everyone else will have to try and be #1 in order to be the #1 contender.
It is based on W/L but more importantly win percentage and how many wins in a row.

I get the cheat opportunity. But he didn't give you a cheat, he gave you the whole match if you pulled the move that you (oh so predictably) did,
I would have left the match as is but JustAGirl came down to the ring to alert the ref of answers
