Nah, I was thinking of my father. We break our hearts just once truly and then we're never moving past it ever. The rest of our days is just...a shadow of a life. Have seen this in 3 Virgos I know.

Typical Air Moon does not grasp difference between Emotions and Feelings.

You all have emotions, zero feels.

Emotions

Emotions are lower level responses occurring in the subcortical regions of the brain, the amygdala and the ventromedial prefrontal cortices, creating biochemical reactions in your body altering your physical state. They originally helped our species survive by producing quick reactions to threat, reward, and everything in between in their environments. Emotional reactions are coded in our genes and while they do vary slightly individually and depending on circumstances, are generally universally similar across all humans and even other species. For example, you smile and your dog wags its tail.

The amygdala play a role in emotional arousal and regulate the release of neurotransmitters essential for memory consolidation which is why emotional memories can be so much stronger and longer-lasting. Emotions proceed feelings, are physical, and instinctual. Because they are physical, they can be objectively measured by blood flow, brain activity, facial micro-expressions, and body language.

Feelings

Feelings originate in the neocortical regions of the brain, are mental associations and reactions to emotions, and are subjective being influenced by personal experience, beliefs, and memories. A feeling is the mental portrayal of what is going on in your body when you have an emotion and is the byproduct of your brain perceiving and assigning meaning to the emotion. Feelings are the next thing that happens after having an emotion, involve cognitive input, usually subconscious, and cannot be measured precisely.

For the remaining players I need the following

1 person to make decisions. This is a person that needs to be on within the hour

3 people who are the boldest of the group

1 Person who will be left out, but may still get a chance to prove her/himself

Challenge #4 is the following

@CaramelizedCoffee is the decision maker

I will PM her 6 options

These options are dares. Nothing too bad, but a few may require technology.

CC will give 1 dare to each of the "Bold" positions. The goal for the group is 2 out of the 3 to do their dares so only 1 person will be eliminated.

However, CC can choose to give the 3 dares she doesnt think they will do/be able to do.

This is how the exemption will work

A. If none of the 3 want to do their goals, the Scruffles the back up will get a chance to do 2 and try and earn an exemption

B. If nobody including scruffles do a dare then CC wins the exemption

C. If one person does their dare and scruffles doesnt do the other 2 dares then that one person wins the exemption

D. If 2 people do their dares and scruffles doesnt do the third dare then CC will have to choose between the 2 who gets the exempion

E. If all 3 do their dares then CC will choose between the 3 who gets an exemption.

F. CC can steal an exemption if not all dares are completed and she does onethat was not completed after Scruffles does or doesnt do 2.

If youre confused, ask questions

I will PM CC soon she will have an hour to assign Dares

If she doesnt assign in an hour the dares will be randomized

Not necessarily If only 2 people do 2 of the dares and you do the 3rd one u steal the exemption

The dares have to be completed by 10 30 pm EST

However I have to know by 7 00 EST if you are doing the dare or not

If you say you are doing the dare and dont accomplish in time you will be penalized a point in your quiz and it will get CC closer to earning the exemption
