What are your examples of double standards?

Just saw that thread in reddit. So I am asking what are your examples of doublestandards/hypocrisy? In day to day life,

at work, in news etc? I know social workers who criticize their clients yet dont take disagreements and critic well.

the one i see often these days is people (doesn’t matter gender) wanting and seeking traditional partners while being far from traditional themselves.

some examples might be:

someone who is keeping their options open but want the other person to have eyes for only them.

someone who cherry-picks when to be loyal, traditional etc

the “I can do it but you can’t” mentality

“I can cheat but you can’t” (Andrew Tate comes to mind lol)

basically, that whole “wanting to have their cake and eat it too / i’m above the rules” kinda behavior

it’s weird to me. i’m not with it.

you can’t demand respect without giving it.

Men thinking they can do certain things but women can't and it's unlady like if they do.

Double standards have been on display in this forum for as long as you have been here.
