I’m negative 40 hours PTO at my job, which is maxed by the standard, so I’m hating my life rn. But I’ve already done NYC and Maui this year. Probably Australia over Christmas on that unpaid 🥲🥲🥲🥲🥲🥲🥲🥲

How does that proverb go... "If you want to make gods laugh, tell them about your plans!" 😬 In other words, my plans are plenty but I've learned early on to go with the flow which irks my fixed nature to no end 😭

I'm almost at the age where I choose either smoked meats or WW2 history as a personality trait. I might explore both before November and spend my Summer smoking meats AND reading WW2 history books on my deck and try to decide.

One of the most beautiful cities I’ve seen ~

there’s something very magical✨about it and we saw Harry Potter walking around the streets 😃⚡️

like the actor Daniel Radcliffe?

my husband seems to be really enchanted by gloomy looking castles lately (he's a Pisces sun/Scorpio moon). i feel like in my late teens to early 20s yeah they're cool but as i get older, i've become a bigger fan of the sunnier places.

but maybe we'll go coz he's usually very indoorsy but he seems very taken by the place 🤷🤷

Scorpio moon = gloomy 🥴😂

No, not Daniel, they have Harry Potter tours around the city which look like fun.

The castle looks very imposing set high up,,your man will love it. Scotland is very cold in the winter so may be prepared for that.

Work, but im thinking next year I want to go and see Uluru

When I see places like this? I wonder how a structure like that can form when the rest of the landscape is flat like that in the pictures. I'm sure there's an explanation, but there are other places like that in the world and it automatically activate my curiosity.

Yes it is mind blowing, it is told it formed underground and then the ground eroded around it. Australia is old.

And if that's the case, that means that structure survived all that erosion and was probably taller when it was first made!

No Summer vacation for me, just putting my nose to the grindstone and then taking September, October, and November off. Places I plan to visit include Luang Prabang and Vang Vieng in Laos, Chiang Mai and Pai in Thailand, and Hanoi, Hoi An, Ha Long Bay, Da Nang, and Hue in Vietnam.
