A coffee junkies best friend.
I spent more on myself than anyone else! I didnt mean to but I did. It was all the sales.... they had my head spinning and I havent been shopping in ages so I splurged. I ended up with two new pairs of jeans, a jacket, three pairs of shoes, some jewelry, a hat, some body sprays and about five shirts. I spend $ 400 in one store in one day and about 75% of that was on myself. For shame!

Oh I'm a firm believer in this. Here's the equation I follow at the mall...
1 gift for someone else means I buy 2 things for me! Works out great!
Converse (Chuck Taylors) - 1 Black pair & 1 White pair
Jeans - 4 Pairs

We all shop for ourselves this time of year, don't we? I really don't treat myself any other time of year and despite the fact I really like giving gifts I hate receiving them from others - I could care less about jewelry, nick knacks or other useless things that people tend to buy for others, which makes receiving gifts rather disappointing to me in general. I'm much more utilitarian - if I don't need it, I don't particularly want it.
So, I bought myself a new set of pots and pans and couldn't be more ecstatic. Sure, a flat screen television would "look" good, but I have a perfectly good television and my old set of pots and pans are all scratched up and need to go. I even entertained myself this morning by cooking bacon in the new frying pan vs the old frying pan.
So, what did you get yourself, and did you find that it has more value to you than what someone else gave you? (again, I'm thinking on utilitarian terms, but value may mean something totally different to you, like, more heartfelt or something of that sort).
