Nah but really I did taebo, hiking, treadmill, Jillian Michaels, cardiovascular gold gyms boxing on wii. Boy I lost 25 lbs and still have my six pack of abs. Lol. Nah seriously that floppy underarm bit. I just get 5 lbs weight, but seriously haven't in a while.

that's okay 🙂 I found this research paper (blog) that if you exercised before, stop , then exercise again, you're still better off than when you started 🙂

To an extent amount of time I presume.
