it kinda depends on the purpose of the hypnotism itself dont you think?

I tried one hypnotherapy session once and it worked like wonders!..

I've heard positive stories. I've also read things indicating the negatives to it as well.

Pass Life regression is the one I've been the most positive things about.

I love being hypnotised, I do it to myself when I can't sleep, or on special occasions when I need to attune myself.

Also this one time I had this nightmare toothache in the middle of the night I was so stressed out that I couldn't see a dentist I wanted to bang my head against the curb, I counted back from 100 to 0 and was subconsciously telling myself that I won't feel the pain when I reach 0 and when I did it was gone instantly, was pretty amazed with myself, did you know in the old days they put you under hypnosis to perform surgery, pretty amazing not needing drugs and anaesthesia.

I personally think everything is spiritual it's all connected.

I'm thinking about creating guided DMT trip meditations on YouTube, where I start off hypnotising people with a countdown and then making their reality melt away and creating worlds for them to visit, could be nice to listen to in a sensory deprivation tank

OP what have u read that is negative?

I would like to know too. You yourself as the subject don't lose control. So if it was becoming unpleasant you could simply ask for a break.

Perhaps you just didn't like the person doing it?

I haven't had it done to me personally, it's from what I read from people like Max Heindel.

I would say that hypnotism can be used as a tool to induce your third eye.

When you think about it regression therapy is paranormal, you can dive deeper into your subconscious into your past lives, wouldn't that be considered contacting the dead?
