As suggested per @warangel79

What are your New Year’s resolutions?

I know it sounds kinda lame and corny. Every year same thing. People make all these plans and goals and give up on most of it by January 10th lol 😂

But is there anything you really strive and wish for or something you can improve on in this new 2024?

-I am planning to do OMAD! I have tried different fasts like 16:8, OMAD, alternate days, eating once in 90 hours (my max so far)etc. But that constant changing up made me not stick to anything solid! I was doing it haphazardly thereby making it unsustainable.

But OMAD definitely seems like something I can stick with for a long time! I plan on doing this for 2 months to begin with. I’ll eventually push and keep increasing the time maybe…instead of doing whatever I feel like randomly or will just continue with the same. But I definitely want to try fasting for a week and then 2 weeks atleast once or twice next year. I didn’t dare to do that yet but doesn’t seem too unattainable. Idk i’m just thinking I can do it.I don’t know how my body would take that or if it’s even healthy(I heard few ppl do that and they feel great)but it gives me some kind of rush and some sense of achievement everytime I don’t eat for long periods(once i’m done with the fast ofcourse 😝)

Now I don’t claim to know too much about diets and their benefits but whatever I read on fasting sounded good. That’s when I started trying them.

- Will try to get better sleep

- Try to achieve better work life balance

Lol! I never took resolutions before but let’s see how that goes 😄

I wanna get high as fuck. Hopefully in 2024 I become a pothead and stop giving a fuck. Like for once I'd love to give up on all goals and progression, but also not care.

People who think it will get better are lying to themselves when in reality it's only getting worse from here.

Just give up.

to serve others more. not be selfish.

and think more and be more positive

This is interesting.. but I guess you're saying this because you're a pisces.. but isn't pisces a sign that puts others first before herself?

You probably could sorround yourself with air signs more to achieve this?

Or, what are the steps you can think of to make it happen?

The real reason I'm finding is that it's because I have been selfish and unaware of my toxic behavior problems. How I would overconsume and think highly of myself. I would even say I was close to being narcissistic because I forgot how to fill my own cup. Pluto (EDIT: Transit) in my 1st house is showing me this. It's hard to spot at first I think because I do have empathy but something went missing as a child and I'm fixing that now. My Self-worth.

Transit Pluto is revealing everything* and why I behave the way that I do. Everything. It's embarrassing, humiliating, and lonely, but a gift in the end I suppose because I get to reclaim what I thought was nothing. Myself. So, me giving back is like an apology for who I was, who I hurt(sucking their energy and time), and for taking so long. I Get rid of the old selfish me.

I give back in ways like selling things and creating content now. And the Air sign help is definitely a good idea. Thank you.
