Dredd 2012

my goodness. this one is similar to Judge Dredd (Dredd 2012 one) where the crime takes place inside a complex.....

Very very similar...but it's done BEFORE the U.S. version...

No way would I have been able to think up watching this, hubby did. So my goodness, I said to him, while closing my eyes and flinching from the EXTREME fight scenes, "geezzz this ain't no storybrooke, no Once Upon a time!" With Judge Dredd U.S.A. it seems so much more "ethereal" and surreal and cinematic that it's not real/more imagined. (the way SuckerPunch is...so imaginary and kicking butt with sexy ladies and machineguns...and it isn't really realistic at all)

but it really is very good, for those who enjoy CRUEL fight scenes:

I loved watching the new 2012 version of Dredd. Hes soo husky and sexy and the action scenes were amazing. I made my sister watch it who isnt really into this type of movies and even she loved it. Wish I watched it at the cinema in 3d..that would have been visually amazing.

definitely the NEW version of Dredd is much more "mature"? Trying to find the words.... The old Dredd with Stallone was good in it's time, and really portrayed the COMIC book version. Hopefully they make a 2nd one, and I believe that this actor did a fine role for this part. 🙂
