Hi all...just replied to a few posts which got me thinking...do we and how many of us actually believe we have a soul.
I do, and because I do I know that it is more powerful than and above the physical realm of life otherwise known as the earth and the universe. I know this because I know as do you that life on earth is a countdown to death from the moment we are born but our souls live on and will have many bodies and die many times as humans before learning enough goodwill to actually break free from the shackles of the physical realm.
Here on earth things are set and are constant, there are rules that we all are bound by. Sharp knives cut through our skin, water makes us wet, the sun sustains life, gravity sends anything with a mass crashing back to ground level etc....
The fact that I know this along with my soul makes my life here on earth a lot easier to understand...especially in times of hardship and sorrow however just as painful, which is part of the lesson I'd say. I find it easier to accept the difficulties of life because I realise it is all part of a journey I HAVE to take in order that my soul learn not to hate, not to kill, not to bring harm to anything in order that I have earned and am granted free passage from this place where we are bound by the constants and am allowed free will to do as I please in a place where all is perfect and just...
Nirvana...Heavan...call it what you will...my question is this...
Even if this place doesn't exist...is it not better to believe in and strive for that place regardless and as a result to live my life fairly and in tollerance of society and those around me...
"our souls live on and will have many bodies and die many times as humans before learning enough goodwill to actually break free from the shackles of the physical realm."
I am not trying to argue with you Durrie and I have had some very inspirational conversations with you, but I am curious about life, and I try to learn as much as possible. My question is in your statement of reincarnation. How do you know this— Where is your proof that this is so? Or I should ask it like this, how do you come to those conclusions? I have talked to many people from all different walks of life and all of them seem to say the same thing; "No one knows what happens when we leave our flesh bodies." There have been alot of information and studies about 'near death experiences' I think you would be interested to learn what those folks had to say. It may give you another perspective!
and to answer your question in regards to living in PEACE and LOVE, the answer is ABSOLUTELY that is a oxymoron (sp?) If we lived as we should the world would be a different place. What is going on was prophesized and even if you don't want to believe it and think you can change it, it still continues to be fulfilled just as we were warned!
To be absolutley honest with you I don't know this to be 100% true of my own account but to wrap myself in the possitve journey of believing the dream and seeing more and more come to light along the way which in turn is building my confidence and makeing the dream more believable. This is a far far better way to live our lives on earth regardless of whether you believe that we have one or many, but instead people give up hope, look no further than their own noses add more chaos to the world, and walk round with a droopy bottom lip...now how pointless is that.
I have met people who believe such things through their own experiances but they never give on or tell more than they have to or see fit and that makes sense to me because that's what it's about...SELF Discovery, it's up to us to learn it ourselves because that's the only thing we really believe 100% ...ourselves!!!
152.163 I realise that the world would be a better place if we all lived in peace and harmony it's obvious I agree but I think you missed my point... My point is that that is just what the world is NOT ment to be...ie. in peace and harmony because that is the only way we will learn peace and harmony...the hard way.
So in a round about way you could say the world is perfect in it's imperfection...!!!
To finish off from above... LS/C where are these people you speak of who might add to my perspective...I am very interested in talking to them and would appreciate it if you could get them to join our conversations.

When it comes to love, pisces are very complicated and picky people. Are pisces only trying to look for everything to be perfect? If something has the smallest flaw, will the fish swim away? It seems yes. Do pisces realize that nothing is perfect? Sometim
