My ex is a Pisces as well & a year later after a bad breakup and a strained relationship somehow we’re friends and I’m starting to question the genuineness of the friendship. We talk every single day and he never says or does anything that would hint towards flirting and we even talk to each other about the new people in our lives, a lot but my friends think It could be more than friendship for him. I need opinions

Probably want's to do you, will get jealous and passive agressive (less talkative) if you start hiting on other men. He is being possesive, wants your attention but doesn't want you because of various reasons that are holding him back. eg trust issues.

I mean he wants you, most likely. But at the same time he is questioning his decisions because he knows it probs wont work if it didn't work allready.
