Absolutely smitten with Pisces boss- HELP

I am an Aries woman and I feel an intense attraction to my Pisces boss.. he’s married with a kid to a cancer woman, but does not wear a wedding ring or have any pictures of her on his desk or barely ever mention her. He’s complimented me on my hair before and my tattoos and flirted with me .. but also criticizes my clothes sometimes in a joking manner. He goes to church, and has been married for over 10 years. But his wife doesn’t wouldn’t go on vacation with him to fl and he even asked one of my coworkers to come with him. I have deep feelings for him and today he said he’d go over one of the projects we’re working on with his wife. I don’t know if he casually mentioned her to see my reaction or to remind me or himself that he’s married.. I have the biggest crush on him and I know most people are going to tell me to keep it professional but a lot of people are WAY too judgemental. Please give me some advice and if you think he’s jnterested in me.. I’m not trying to break up a happy home but if he’s fallen out of love w her it could be worth exploring. I truly think this man could be the one and I don’t know what to do at this point
