I'm not the kind of pisces who stays with a cheating partner. I actually prefer my friends tell me what I need to hear, and not what I want to hear. With that said it's important to tread lightly when you speak about people's relationships.
Also, it's possible she caught feelings for you and was testing the waters, you shut her down kind of hard. Maybe she is staying with her girlfriend because she doesn't have a better prospect. There are some people who can't stand to be alone.
Additionally, pisces, like scorpio, aren't the type to tell you when you hurt our feelings. Our attitude is often, "if they cared about me they would know they hurt me. They would be more considerate." We're not cancers, we aren't going to bite your throat when you hurt us. It's hard watching your friend date someone who is clearly garbage. I know, I've been there. But only she will know when she's had enough. And there is nothing you can do to change that. Yiu offered up your advice, and she decided not to take it. So let her vent. And keep your opinions to yourself unless she asks. Most people just want to vent about their partners, they don't really want advice. Your friend will eventually get tired. And if she doesn't get tired, maybe it's better to let her go her own way so you don't have to see it.
