Is this the real deal or just a mind game?

You guys sound young. It sounds like there were a lot of assumptions made.

I say try and talk to him again. These things sound like miscommunication. But it seems like you guys really like each other. I would try one more time in person to talk to him.

I need a synopsis of this to answer the question.

The managerial side of me, hyper dislikes over detailed explanations. Keeping it short and sweet, and a question is best for me.

Sorry, I just wanted to give all these little details so everyone can get a feel for what's going on. Maybe they were unnecessary. My bad lol. You don't have to answer if it's too long to read. But I just really would like to know if he has actually lost interest in me. Or if he's playing a mind game in a way, and I should just try to pursue him one more time.

We're not still working together

After he said we should just be friends the second time, I literally lost my job the next day. And he went in leave of abscence and is still on leave until the 10th

I texted him a few days ago though and he never replied, so should I text him again? I don't want to come off as being clingy. Maybe I should just wait and see if he ever texts me and then go from there. But idk with this guy.
