He called me from his mom's... and, yes, she was there. He said he told her he called an Eskimo given the fact I'm from Alaska. Maybe so... but, why would he call ME, of all people, from his mom's— *picking petals*

Just to clarify, he's out of town visiting his mom, he doesn't live with his mom (I would have issues with that).

I don't know your story so my questions may sound WTF'ish -- (1) what's the big deal that he called you from his moms. Also, what's his age -- what I'm getting at is if he's a single man with no woman or kids to take care of, it would seem to be more cost efficient for him to live home with moms -- why would that be a problem.

Uh... 45 and owns his own business, living with mom at 45 would be a little strange. And, given the fact he gives me the run around and I don't even know if he is truly interested (since I analyze his behavior all the time), I found it rather interesting that he would call a girl back home in front of his mom. But, then again, maybe not, I may just be over analyzing and maybe he calls all kinds of girls and his mom thinks he's got a number of them on the line.

Not exactly... he called the other morning and asked "how's my girlfriend today"... I responded with "I didn't know you had a girlfriend" he jokingly replied "Ah, you probably don't know her". Like I said, I'm getting the run around. So, where do I stand? I don't know! He does ask if I've been cheating on him when I go out with my girlfriends. Aaargh! So, I go around and around, analyzing everything he says to me... one moment it's one thing, the next it's another. No, not sure where this is at or going... but, I don't want to be waiting around and wasting my time with someone who is playing games either.

Yep... sounds like a Fish to me!!! LOL!!!

My fish and I broke up over a month ago... but he still texts me every day telling me his every move (but never actually calls me anymore) and yesterday when I made him laugh because he was having a bad day he texted back "Thank you Baby, I Love You." WTF!?... just like nothing has changed since we ended the relationship... but without the "relationship". And yes, we were in a full blown committed relationship. He too called and talked to me in front of his mom when he was visiting... so dont read too much into that. The fish will say what he feels at the moment... but beware that his feelings can change at the drop of a hat. If you are looking for clarity from him.... give it up! YOU will likely never get it. He doesnt understand that his actions are NOT clear to most people.. hence the wishy washy-ness associated with the Pisces personality. Just go with the flow and try not to get too attached too quickly because he will be everything you want him to be and more without realizing he is even doing it. And once he feels the pressure of a relationship he may swim away for a bit leaving you confused, so dont let him think he has you!

at least its likely that you'll end up with someone who loves playing games like you..geez...where people get the patience from for all this waste of time is just beyond me.

Mine does the same damn thing. And we are broken up!!! WTF? Fish are funny like that. They dont confide much in friends so they tend to share with the person they are getting closest too.
