You just need some patience and eventually you'll get there.
Finding someone else to "replace" her in the connections dept might not be a good idea over time. You're indirectly holding it against her for not giving you that connection.
It's normal to feel a certain way about someone but just know that eventually that feeling will taper off and develop into something more fruitful for both of you.
