I've never had a 'them vs. us' mentality. What I mean is, where have the men gone that take no prisoners, and no shit? Where have the REAL ass kickers went. The ones that made this country self sufficient and great. A bunch of yes men that take it up the ol' chocolate express is where we are now.

The past century forced america to call into the validity of the document that governs us. If all men are equal, what does that mean for women? If all men are equal, what of the 3/5ths compromise?

I think we're in an age where the government is having to walk the fine line of actually upholding our laws. What's right? The law or the collective conscious?

In the same vein, is it ok to protest outside of soldiers funerals? Legally, yes. Morally, no. So the question is, can you morality and to what extent?

If you can predict violence before an act occurs, you restrict the act. Its the "yelling fire in a crowded theatre" argument. Can we not assume that damage will occur to this mosque and the people that worship there? And is the potential violence enough to lawfully deny the act?
