I'm not for throwing around the word "normal" or "abnormal" because that term changes things and tolerance for "other" in society changes. There was a point and time when any person performing a sexual act other than the missionary position was viewed as "abnormal", so there is no real weight in the term IMO. But, I would say there are reasons for not desiring sexual relations with others. We are biologically wired to be sexual beings (e.g. puberty anyone?). If you want someone that can fulfill all of your needs (assuming you desire sex) and you care enough about this guy, then try to figure it out and help him work through it. I can tell you it will probably take A LOT of patience and gently care.
Be honest with yourself though. Please don't go into this with the idea you will change him. If he is saying.."yeah, I don't want much from others in the sexual sense and that has always BOTHERED ME" then there are signs he doesn't want to be asexual, but struggles with something. Point him to the nearest therapist and be a friend while he goes through therapy, but don't hold your breathe while he goes through therapy--live your life. My point, I personally don't believe in taking on fixer uppers. Been there, done that. If you can't accept him for who he is, as he is and know you will want more then call it a day and just be friends.

Most sexual people don't believe there exist asexual people........they are not monks........they were just born that way. An asexual man may have romantic feeling for a woman as same as a sexual man...but they don't want sex. That is kind of confusing...but make sense to me.

To answer your questions...
I think I am more open-minded to learn new things.......so I started to understand that asexual Leo. But I have my own rules, the first of all is I would not like to deal with dishonest liars...and never change!!! I assume people are honest like me at beginning, once found someone lied to me, then that would turn me off forever.
I live as fullest life........I plan to travel all over the world, going to skydiving......there are 100 things must do on my list.....I am very playful.
I have never heard anyone called me as boring.........actually, I hardly to find someone to catch up with me. 😉
