How to be less nice to women?
I understand that if she wasn’t used to meeting people with fire you going full on on her is scary. She probably couldn’t understand that you were serious.
You can still be nice.
Just try to go a bit slower and when you go fast and they get scared explain why you are doing it.
Communication is key, as you have very different style s of loving.
I am Taurus Moon too but likely my Aries venus helps me to jump in sometimes without getting too scared 😄

I typically dont date much since I always attract "crazy" women that play too many games. In the past I did feel that sometimes I was a "white knight" who was trying to save "damsel in distress" and learned not to be like that and not to let women like that near me. I also get bored of women very easily and typically move on since they cant stimulate me mentally.

I was going slow with her but now I feel she wasn't open to change and saw all of my innocent moves as wanting to change her. It would be something as innocent as me asking her to install WhatsApp on her phone so we can do video chat and she would say "I dont do video chat" or me wanting to spend more time with her (how dare I ask to see her more than once per week).
From learning about my houses I discovered this:

Have you ever been with a Taurus? Seem to have similar ideals and goals to what you've stated here. Sag/Taurus is a good match IMO. One with a lot of fire or air would probably be able to keep you stimulated....

The following week I was on a business trip and met Aqua and we couldn't wait to meet each other after I came back. When we were broken up first time I spoke to a few women on EH and got a few numbers but texting them directly I knew I would not meet them in person. I got bored with 1 of them in 5 minutes of talking to her and another after a day or two. When I got back with Aqua I still had almost a month left in my 3 month paid membership but I deleted my account there as well accounts on free sites. Eharmony sucks because a lot of profiles are no longer active and I wasn't going to use it again but I feel at least they try to match you to people based on personality and its better than just meeting random strangers. On free dating site (ie. OKC) I can send 20 messages and not get even a single reply. I feel women on paid dating sites seemed to be more serious. One paid dating site I'm going to avoid is Elite Singles. You know the phrase "nice guys finish last". This is me and I want to start a family. I've read here and elsewhere that people say Sag are not committed type but I am really fully committed to find someone that I can spend the rest of my life with. I also read that Libra Moon are liars and play games but I'm not. I'm always upfront about what I want and I dont have a problem expressing myself and having a discussion on any subject. I meet women and they tell me their honest, they dont like to play games but in the end do the complete opposite.

what I gathered from online discussions on different forums, 90 % of people who are on dating site are people who are still hung up on their exes, and want to move on or forget - so they are not really emotionally available

During summer I met an Aqua and we instantly hit it off. She broke up with me twice without giving me an explanation, just changing subject to something else. It took me some time to read stuff here & talk to some people about my situation. I understood that her Taurus Moon is causing her to be very cautious and she felt that me wanting to spend more time with her is rushing things and she got overwhelmed. I didn't know that I'm a triple Sag and apparently I have a lot of fire in me. I know when I am interested in something (ie. new project, new hobby) I am always full on and the same applied to women. I never had a connection like I had with this Aqua and I thought she could be the one. In fact she is the first woman that I thought could be my wife some day (I know its early but thinking doesnt hurt). I'm not getting younger and I'm fully ready to be in a relationship that leads to marriage and family. I already accomplished a lot of things being single and would be a great provider to my family.
