How to get Pisces man to love me?

My Pisces guy is awesome. Compassionate, sensitive, easy going, and mature. However he hides his emotions from. Sometimes he pours them out but other times .this really irritates me because I think he doesn't care. How can I get him to open up? How can I get him to love me?
