Need Scorpio deciphering

i have been hanging out with a scorpio guy for a few weeks, kinda casually. but Thursday afternoon, he told me he'd like to see if there is something more of a spark between us and like to take me out and hang out with me more exclusively. i played it cool and told him that we could see where it takes us.

Friday afternoon, he emailed me and said he'd call after he got back from picking up his new car. well he didn't call me that night. i don't really have a desire to call him but i guess by being a taurus, i expect people to follow through on what they say.

are scorpio men flighty and do they forget things? or do they not see the importance of following through? at this point, it doesn't really bother me, so this post is basically to try to understand what goes through the scorpio man's head.

What's your sign? Scorpio's usually stick to their word but he could simply have forgotten. Have you thought about giving him a call? Don't be too wimpy or pushy---they're not into wimps..Does this help?

I have a Scorpio brother in law, and he always sticks to his word or he simply says he cannot do it. I have been in a relationship with a Scorpio male also, and both my BIL and my ex were never flighty. Maybe just a fluke, I would giv ehim another chance. Maybe call him.
