I actually do see the reason why a lot of people dislike her.
She speaks to people as though they are somehow beneath her. When she gives advice, she doesn't take people's feelings into consideration. She just says what she wants and doesn't care how hurtful her words may come across to the person on the receiving end. She lacks compassion and humility.
Personally, I'm neutral towards her. I don't hate her but I don't like her either. She's not exactly my idea of a good person because I don't believe that a truly good person would say half of the rude things that she says to people.
If you like her, good for you. Just don't expect other people to like her as well given the way she acts around here.

Ah lady P Angel... I see through her fluff and detect that 75% of the time she is really trying to give advice, its just in a mean sprited and tactless way. The other 25% is trollin and double talking. So I'm semi neutral toward her. But I can understand why people may have a slight agianst her and why some might think she is kewl.

From having lurked for a few years, I read that she was nice a while back, something some year happened, then she turned into...this. Pardon my candor, but it seems a little trendy to point out some (well, parts) of her posts prove she doesn't just troll for a living. I think that's pretty clear to anyone who can read, but why it excuses slurring perfectly innocent people as sluts and idiots all day, everyday, I really don't know. My guess would be that the intention, at least some of the time, is to grab your attention rather than pander (I mean, who really wants to hear "Oh, it'll all be ok, sweetie" all the time) but I hardly think this redeems the quality of the advice given in every circumstance. She seems to be fond of calling attention to the age of posters under 30, as well, as though her being 52 alone makes her The Wise Old Sensei we've been waiting all our lives to hear from. For the discriminating? I don't think so.

Look, there's an appropriate way to do things. And in her case, if she is "giving advice" to strangers then she needs to at least be civil. It certainly wouldn't kill her to be more humble and less obnoxious.
As far as her intentions, they're not always good.
More often than not, it seems to me like she simply derives joy out of humiliating others.
Like I said she is just not my idea of a good person.

Even if she does show up, what reasonable excuses can she possibly make regarding her behavior? There's simply none. But something tells me she'll come up with a few anyway. After all, she never seems to suffer from a shortage of snooty remarks.

Hmm the thread was about why people dislike P... so I stated why I don't think the best of her. Again my opinion. I really don't care if you want it or not because honestly I wasn't talk to you.
My opinion isn't based on advice she gave me (thanks for assuming) it's how she treats others and how she is wishy washy and when you point it out it's not a difference of opinions it's your ignorant if you don't look at things the same way as she does.

If a 16-year old girl is in her talking about how she has a hard time with her new boyfriend and adds that she's been raped by her father when she was ten, P-Angel would say she's just in here looking for attention for being raped - no sugercoating or asskissing - her advice would be something like "stop feeling sorry for yourself". And to think some people spend a life-time going to a shrink when all they had to hear is STOP FEELING SORRY FOR YOURSELF.
I also remember once she had a problem with a young girl because she didn't like her picture (she looked anorectic I guess) so she called her names and harassed her based purely on her looks! And this girl didn't even pose sexy or anything in her pic, it was just a head-shot.
And then there are other times she puts up an argument soley based on the purpose of having a different opinion. I guess she's after the attention by trying to sound radical but she only ends up sounding absurd. Sometimes she reminds me of me when I was 16 and being radical for the sake of being radical, but then I grew up and realized the world and the people in it aren't just black or white, strong or weak, yes or no, this or that.
She (and all of you, as it seems) sees herself as the ultimate truth-teller and a straight-shooter...well, there are times for that and then there's just plain bullying.

Studies have shown that through indirect communication over the internet, most people act "differently" then what they would be like online; or in other words, take on a certain persona. In this case, considering how hyper-active she is when making a response, or her crusade towards singling out certain topics in her attempt to belittle others, shows her own discrepancy towards performing as her character online in person. P-Angle could very well be very detached from the outside world where, from my experience, female Pisces require someone to "carry" them through on their decisions. They can't stand on their own two feet in decision making.
On the contrary, P-Angle could not be a Pisces at all and some air sign posing as her character as a joke to fill her voids.
Don't, in any means, admire her character for acting like anyone else would over the internet. Don't judge any of their character until you start personally interacting with them in a more direct manner.
