it's kinda comforting and weird at the same time i guess that you did things with her like you did with your mother lol

i have never been with anyone who reminded me my dad. i do however often want to take my parents to nice places i discover with my guy like "oh i need to take my mom&dad here! oh my dad/mom would love this!" but then when parents didn't love it as much as i wanted them to, my sensitive little heart would feel hurt lol

maybe it just takes time to detach from parents lol

i used to say to my ex' / dates - "oh i wish my parents ARE HERE" lol. now i just say i'd love to take them here one day.
