Edit: nah, i dunno. I dont think astrology is useful here because it depends strongly on how conscious the person is and what tactics he has built to counter strrss and anxiety.

What kind of tactics r we talking about .. apart from sex lol! I'm a Taurus and normally relaxing in a spa bath , singing and dancing help me heaps. !!
