Have you seen this in other Libras? When you say little communication would you just not initiate the conversation and if they speak to you grow cold? Do you have any other experiences with any other sign on how they respond when they are not interested in someone?

I'll talk about Libra female-I guess it can get confusing because we like and give a chance to most people, for myself its mainly about curiosity and I like getting to know people, where they came from, what they do etc etc its a learning thing, but since i've heard this apparently confuses folk for thinking we are into them. You will know if you try to get too physical, or demanding you'll be rebuffed and put in your place.

I would say for any of the signs it is the lack of communication and the inability or unwillingness to be attentive to your needs. Basically lack of motivation on their part.

3. If they continue to try, I'll just straight up tell them I'm not interested

From my experiences when these signs are not interested:
Leo (F) - 1) They act cold and whine around you. Can be a bit TMI to passively deter you. 2) They don't flirt at all. 3) They tell you or they show it by not showing you any affection.
Scorpio (F) - Do I really need 3 indicators for them? They legit just ghost you and you'll never hear from them again. You'll be lucky if they even give you a reason as to why they stop talking to you in the first place.
Taurus (F) - 1) No touchiness at all. 2) Slow to respond to any messages or calls. 3) Not afraid of being blunt at the beginning.

Im not sure about other libras, can only speak for myself but yes, i wont initiate and will be cold in responses.

I guess this is true. I guess we Libra rely heavily on actions. Thats just how I have always communicated but now that i'm older I realise not everyone can read non verbal cues.
I am going to say the opposite three things that i have found when men are really into me
1. They don't want to have sex any longer
2. They constantly look or seek out other women
3. They don't initiate meeting or making contact

Especially if the individual(s) are not around you often. I would save so much time if people (doesn't matter the sign) would just be honest.

Hmm, several responses here are in a cold retaliation, which only says you're totally into them.
I think the way I act towards someone who is interested in me and I don't return those feelings is totally my Libra ascendant. How I feel them however, is my cancer sun. When directly asked, I won't express a total disinterest as to not make them feel bad or rejected.
Basically, if am just not that into you I will make up excuses to not hang out if you ask, or make up an excuse to ditch it if I agreed to it. If you cancel on me, I won't get butt hurt about it, and actually probably be relieved. And most important... I won't make eye contact with you.
