Typical Aquarius?

Ok ya'll, I posted my situation a week or so ago. You can go back and see what I wrote, but here it is in short.

Girl meets boy in 2nd grade.

Girl and boy become best friends in 3rd grade.

Girl moves 3 months after becoming best friends.

5 years later they hang out after finding each other on social media.

5 years after girl goes to college in a state far away, and boy bumps into girl.

5 years after girl is smoking cigarette outside on a random sidewalk and boy randomly drives by. Pulls over and they interact quickly.

2.5 years after that, almost 2 weeks ago, boy and girl finally hang out for a few hours and it went very well and plans to hang out again soon are made.

*First time girl and boy are both single at the same time in 18 years

So here's the thing. This past weekend, he went to an engagement party that he was not too happy about going to. I texted him a quick "Hey hope you have a good time and it's a fun party." No text back. No big deal. Now, almost 2 weeks after we hung out, no contact. I do not want to try again because I already did, but is this ok? Does this mean he is not interested? I am sure I have nothing to worry about but i'm pretty new at all of this. He has still "liked" things that I post on Facebook. But like..Is this typical Aquarian? He even did tell me he's a space case especially when it comes to his phone. I know I prob have nothing to worry about but I'd enjoy talking to him again lol

Is it just an Aquarian thing to be bad at texting? I would like to text him but do not want to be annoying...Seriously, I know how childish this all sounds but I'm too excited to mess anything up

I don't think texting can even be annoying to an Aqua, just got for it. This is actually what annoys me about the communication with them. They answer whenever they want and just expect you to keep texting them. It will get more consistent the more he likes you I think.

But all of them are pretty different with texting. But at least if he sees you making the effort, he will see your interest and go from there on how he wants to proceed.

I don't think texting can even be annoying to an Aqua, just got for it. This is actually what annoys me about the communication with them. They answer whenever they want and just expect you to keep texting them. It will get more consistent the more he likes you I think.

Thank you ! That is good to know. I do not want him to think I am not interested but i want to keep a good balance. Maybe I will wait until next weekend. He said he is most likely busy this weekend, so maybe the next. But def good to know not annoyed with texting.

This is actually where I lose with Aquas, I get tired of putting in the effort. I just had a good date last weekend with one and he was texting and calling, told me his dates when he was off so we can see each other again, but as the days come, he's busy. It's annoying.

I'm always at a loss on how to actually see one and plan a meet up in person 😆

Yes! That's literally how I pictured it. He receives text, opens it, smiles, puts phone down

Said yes to game tonight! Well this is perfect

So the game was awesome. We had a really good time (I'm hoping he had as good a time as I did!) It's like we never had any time apart. We have that "look at each other and know what the other is thinking" thing. Same sense of humor. Singing to songs on the radio. Do not wanna get myself too excited, but now the waiting game again to see if/when he texts again to hang out
