Uranus Conjunct Descendant in Synastry

Cafe Astrology .com gave a -3 rating for romantic compatibility for this aspect. I wonder what are the negative dynamics involved between the two people with such an aspect? I know that Uranus is related to uniqueness while the Descendant is related to the point of attraction. I can't find any information from a Google search.
