Depends on how bad it was. If there would have been physical abuse or namecalling or shaming, then never ever.

If he wasn't aware of how some things he said affected me, because I didn't tell him (even though he probably should have understood it all by himself) and had really thought about it and shown me on multiple occasions and in multiple ways that he had implemented this new way of thinking in his life, then maybe.

I wouldn't take him back if he asked me for several hundred+ dollars to never be repaid, if physical brutality was a regular thing I had to suffer, if he told someone behind my back that he hates me or doesn't gaf about me, if he tells me I'm mid/less attractive than his cousin he simps for (lmao), or if he got intimate with my sister while im in the other room after the breakup

Nah I love men, it's insane how misogynistic I can't help but be in the face of what I've endured at the hands of men. A lot of it being due to most of my socialization being at work, and men are far less cruel to work with than (older) women. In the past few years I've been lucky to meet wonderful men.

I have seen some scorpio moons sabotage good relationships because they just got paranoid. But they also had scorpio mars so I'm not sure.
