Are all of our Exes Assholes?

Ladies and gentlemen.....thinking about your exes....

do you think they were they always assholes and you were just blind at the time?

or is it that they changed and they had no longer had the personality traits that you loved the most about them at the beginning of your relationship?

If they were assholeish I was equally so. Some were worse than others, that’s for sure.

I.... I think probably I was the asshole most of the times 😅 and the last guy I liked was just kinda stupid.

What markers were you oblivious too?

None were assholes. I would say we were maturing and growing at different speeds and it didn’t work in the end.

So let me get this straight... you were a saint among saints, a god-given gift or the closest thing to perfection and... you end-up with the devil (opposites attract - type of thing)?! 🤨 That's also possible, i guess... 🤔 Tho, more often than not - it's a "like attracts like" type of thing. And not in the sense that you were both exactly the same (that too it's possible - even if not exactly), more like... Dumb meets Dumber (to put it bluntly). My point is - only two immature people can end-up in a relationship - where they hate one another. Usually, people that based their relationship on physical attraction alone (and sex), or people that rushed in a relationship - while trying to fit-in with the rest (or trying to beat/avoid the loneliness). That being said... i find it hard to hate anyone from my past - cause let's face it, most of the shit that went down back then - is mainly cause we were both stupid and immature (each in his own way). Statistically speaking... it's close to impossible for wise people (relationship wise) - to end-up with immature people (unless they hit their head and suffered from amnesia or something like that). 😐

but part of that maybe had to do with the fact they were young, naive optimistic about the world

10 years later you still talk to this person and you realize how much they have changed

due to life, stress, etc

and you realize oh man this person is a bit of an asshole ( not exceptionally terrible per se.... just
