Finally found my fire!!

He guys! Its been forever since I actually posted a topic but I am super excited to have ADULT friends now that I feel like Ive actually reached adulthood lol 😅 I just made some new friends finally in the industry and they are both fire signs!!

I had a Leo friend/coworker who unfortunately fell off bc of alcohol. It's a shame but I can't support poor decisions right now.

My new friends are a Leo on the Virgo cusp and a Sag!! They are both big hearted women with younger children and SOs. It's nice to have couple friends finally and nice to not be repulsed but enamoured by children now lol 😅 this is why I think I've reached adulthood. This never appealed to me early on.

I just spent the evening making Valentines for my Sag friends daughter for school tomorrow and it was a super fun throw back to Lisa Frank and just being a kid but on the adult side 😁 We had coffee and dabs and wine and pizza 😃 It was great... Her daughter and hubby are very nice Scorpios.

It's nice to have firey friends again being devoid of fire myself... my mom was a lot of my fire and now her memory is. It's nice to have friends who drive me to succeed as well. I look up to both of these women in ways. I'm very happy to have women to look up to in my life right now. I'm glad to have friends who understand... and I understand them... It's so hard to find sometimes and so rewarding when you do...

What do your friends give you that you lack?

I miss some extrovertion, some light view of life xD, passion I guess, I am social but not super social. The point is in my mind and heart I always fall for Leos. So I would like a Leo!

Everything i lack, i try to cultivate in myself because i risk becoming dependent otherwise.

Haha I realize I have fire. However it does not come naturally to me as with other things in life. Growing up my mother pushed me to succeed. And succeed I did! I had quite a fire with her behind me and when she died, so did it. It became difficult to want to do anything for a period of time. Now that I'm healing I'm trying to really harness that power within me through her memory. It seems to be the only thing that's helped me even get to work some days. Having friends who are really driven to succeed inclines me to do the same. I am somewhat impressionable to those directly around me so it's important I surround myself with those I aspire to be like in some way. Always pushing myself to be better....

No no... I cut them off after the first one to two dates.... I just don't enjoy their company so much.... The ones I date at least.

Maybe some silly high standards too.

The medical cannabis industry. It's nice that these women are also into charitable work so we have been meeting all 3 of us for that 😃 and they are good communicators and like to talk and hang out frequently. This is kinda new for me bc I've been pretty closed off for a while... but I'm trying to be a good friend back 😊
