for the single (and loving it) people

I have been wondering about the people (THEY/THE EXPERTS etc) who say "you should enjoy being single...if you are having enough fun/are busy enough you won't have time to realise you aren't married."

I want to know what it is that you people are doing that is so cool you forget that you don't have someone to have and hold and cuddle and have sex with.

Not talking about knitting or playing baseball on Sunday or going to the library or helping legless orphans learn Braille....you can do all that stuff and still be married or still be single wanting to be married. I mean stuff that is so amazing you completely forget you are a celibate singleton.

and I know there are folk out there who don't equate being married to having lots of great sex (with their spouse anyway!) but that is what is good about DXP - you will always get all sorts of opinions and ideas from all points of view.

Unfortunately I am one of those boring "if I am good enough to boink I am good enough to marry" types.

Well, I'm not really single right now, but when I am, I usually drown myself in work/school work/outside activities or I'll just start thinking about things lol. Usually I'm kept pretty busy by work and friend activities.

thanks everyone - I think I have the "busy with work and other activities" thing covered, so if there are no cunning secrets anyone has I think we can safely write this off as just another one of those bullshit lines that people come out with.
