Gifts

I hate gifts.

I don't know what I want so how can you know what I want? And if it's not up my alley I can't smile and be all mushy 'thank you it's all I've ever dreamed about'...

I am just upfront with people about it.

I had just heard 'I want to give you best vacation of your dream'

WHAT' have I asked you about it?

I don't want to fly, I hate to pack and are you going with me?

Doesn't even matter! I do not accept gifts! Anyone? Or it's my sign thing?

I know it's not because my friend who is born January 2nd threw gift into the window because her bf gave it to her in public place! Lol

So how many of us non-gift-diggers?

I love getting gifts. I like unwrapping the paper & the pretty bags they come in all nice & neat ?

The only guy I know who didnt like sweet surprises and gifts was a cancer.. dude.. didn't you know it took me a whole month to prepare??.—

But I love gifts esp the ones that you made and not buy.. it gives more meaning to it ?

I can not imagine what can I make for someone to be happy to receive it! LOL

The gift is really a present to the giver. When you understand this, it changes the whole dynamic of gifts and gift giving.

I'm not a big fan of Xmas, but I do love gifts. Any Taurus worth anything has gotta love 'em. LoL.

I KNOW but I am still suck at gift giving!

My suggestion would be to tell everyone you know who presents you with gifts to donate the gift money to a charity or charities you believe in and support. 🙂

That cheesy IMO. give them cash and tell them you can donate but donating FOR someone...nah!

I disagree. If someone isn't interested in material possessions, it's a great way to have people donate on your behalf. In fact, it's becoming more popular for weddings, too. Some even have the wedding party volunteer. I think it's a great way to remove self-centeredness and mindless consumption. ?
