Are you sure your not a Virgo? That is the kind of self bullshit logic we think. I say this as a Virgo and heard a lot of other Virgos say the same thing.

You want the truth about this kind of mindset? If you love someone and really want to make something happen and you know it's mutual, then do it. A lot of the time those obstacles only exist in your head. I talking from experience. Learning the hard way.

Don't think someone will not see what you do in that person and act on it first. Life isn't short it is long. It's the window of opportunity that is short.

So the question love is, what is stopping it from happening now? Or are you just crushing?

You can make something try and happen all you want doesn't mean it will at that time.

There a so many stories where two people wanted to be together or were at one point and circumstances or obstacles were in the way. Yes, some of us make up obstacles in our heads but then majority of the time...they are real obstacles.

Life doesn't go according to some plan you made...you never know what can or will happen. And sometimes you just know...

And yes, I have

I knew me and the cancer would be together later on in life from the moment I met him but it wasn't the right time then....and it wasn't gonna be for life but a big part.

Fast forward and we were together for 7 yrs...

Maybe not in the way you mean, but yeah I've experienced this to some degree. We didn't live happily ever after but I knew she'd back and there was more to experience with and learn from each other. Sure, it's easy to say after the fact because it did happen, but I had a feeling we'd be seeing each other again. There was a strong connection between us and she had a thing for me for close to 10 years. It was just easy to tell that there was more between us. That's all over now though 😂

Yep...I know that feeling as well.

I feel when you are in tune with yourself and others on a really deep level...you just instinctively know. It's hard to explain to others though.

Next lifetime is a powerful thing to say. think I'm too greedy for that. Why not 2 lives? 1 in one form and the other in another? Hell would he have waited? Perhaps I'm just bit nieve still or a hopeless romantic :- )

All valid points though. The devil is in the details. Situation, depth/strength of connection, and mutuality. People have always spilled the beans to me growing up. A good percentage end up finding someone else or settling and regretting it later when the other show back up. They got bitter for a while or stayed that way. The S/O took the blunt of that.

Screw that. I settled for less then before Never Again. I'm cool by myself if that is what it takes. I have family, friends, and at the end of the day myself to keep me company. No one is perfect but If you ever find a potential partner who's flaws you even love or ok with lol, don't hesitate. It's rare and more so as everyone ages and matures. Slim pickings. I'm sure dating sites are a god send for many.

You got 1 life as you. Spend and invest it on things worth those precious moments that you can't get back. You can never go wrong doing things out of love.

Life will never be perfect or even easy at times. It's those hard times that make us really appreciate the good ones. Gradituted keeps you going and sane at times.

Yes, but reality proved me otherwise (a lesson learn the really hard way). Holding on to such ideas - is the purest form of insanity.

This type of thinking does more harm than good. Nothing is 100% certain when it comes to people (ever-changing beings). 50% might be the best case scenario (sometimes it works / sometimes it dosn't). Realistically speaking.
