I was wondering if this ever happened to you and under what circumstances. Because the thing that you meet someone and they clearly like you and you like them, too, happens every day.
So I'm not talking about this "He/she texted me and they're pretty cool/hot/kind so i will go on a date with them"
What I mean is this. When you have a real deal crush you can't stop thinking about them, you wish they would talk to you or invite you somewhere and it seems like there's no chance. And sure, they don't know about you having a crush on them. When you're in the state of "They could never like me back, I am not smart/pretty/confident enough and they wouldn't even notice me."
And then, very soon or even late (even years later) you found out that they actually had the same with you? Like they were too scared to approach you or something.
I have never told any of my crushes about that so I don't really know if that ever happens and i would LOVE to hear some stories about that🙂 thank you

So during thanksgiving my whole family was here. My bf barely spoke a word to my family and stayed in the bedroom for four days. Needless to say I was livid and embarrassed. He doesn't see a problem with this.

I was talking to a gf about expectations in a relationship pre kids/no kids. She said that she's heard more than once that 50/50 financially can turn it into a brother/sister thing over time. I've heard this too.
We talked about a ratio split like 60/

It took me 29 years to finally realize how pointless a relationship is. Norms of society have brainwashed us into believing that our life is not complete until we get married and have a house with a white picket fence, a minivan, and bratty kids who will
