How to react when he gives no answer?

I agree with asking him out. No one is gonna just put them self out there when they've tried and has received any reciprocation back. Someone needs to make the first move and step up.

Let me tell you a secret! Scorpios are scared too lol All they do is throw a bunch of scenarios out and see if you will catch on. You have to throw him a bone if you want to get caught!
Just plan something fun and ask if he wants to join you. Do something with just the 2 of you. If he says he cant then you did your part. Ask another friend to go, like it was no big deal.Have a girlfriend on standby and let her know she HAS to come thru for you. Snap it or social media it up, so he wont think it was about him. lol
You have to fake it till you make it! 😛
