Also why the fuck do we do it?!?
Its like being in a mental cage and the only way of being free is snorting bath salts and running around eating peoples faces
YES. I've had that happen or I've been frozen watching circumstances take a person away from me. To my knowledge, no man that I ever wanted to be with left me for another woman...but again...I maybe wasn't aware. lol However, it seems like circumstances are ALWAYS taking the person I love away from me whether it's on my end or theirs. I think that hurts worse, because while I feel like if I wanted, I could compete with another woman, but I can't compete with the ups and downs of life.
I'm not rich enough or have enough resources to make everything ok so that the other person or I don't have to move away from the relationship in some way. I know that money can't buy love, but it can buy options when it comes to the life that we WANT to live. You know?
You're walking down my street tonight. lol I wish we could sip wine and discuss this face to face. lol ha ha ha ha

Ok...I'm not quite there though. LMBO!!!!!! That's pretty extreme. I think I'd rather take a xanax and sip on wine...just drift off to sleep and wait until the morning. lol ha ha ha ha

The first part of the OP is hilarious!!!!!
Yes, this is why I now make a move when I like someone. I can't be a bench warmer while someone walks away with my desire. Mind you, a part of me also believes in what belongs to you will not pass you by...as long as you let the party know.

My mum told me story of when she was young her mum bought her a doll which was a big deal because it was expensive and she took it to the park and left her on the swing, she then saw a girl pick her up and walk off with her doll and she didn't do anything because she was frozen in fear and couldn't ask for her back....her mum later found out and smacked the shit out of her..
She told be this story and I laughed at her face because she actually stole my story because the scenario happened to me and my mum hit me..
Anyways!!!! Back to my question....
Have you ever liked someone so much and just watched them walk off with someone else and were just paralysed but internally you were roiling with emotions?
