If they have a deviated septum then yes...very possible. 24hrs is not a long time to completely change your modes of communication, affection, expressions thereof...etc. lol
Maybe though...a psychopath could...

I've been told all my life that people don't change overnight but then again, that may not necessarily be true.
For some people all it took was for them to lose a loved one, or go through a certain situation before they finally & literally 'get it,' straighten up & therefore change overnight.
The point of this post:
1 of my best friends just found out that her fiance cheated on her. She left him & when she did this, it completely devestated him to the point where he was suicidal.
I'm not a naive chick & I'm usually not 1 to believe that people (especially men) change overnight but after having a 3 hour convo with him today, I can honestly say that I believe he has changed over night
His mentality seems different. Whereas before he blaimed her for why he cheated or wouldn't accept responsibility, everything he's saying now is 100% different. Like he finally 'gets it.'
She wants to know if she should be back with him.
Normally I'd say hell no & run like hell! But this is a rare situation where the guy actually does appear sorry & like he's changed & I was surprised at myself for telling him to give him another chance!
