I was talking to an acquaintance earlier and he was saying how he was in a relationship and he bought a house with his gf. While she was at work the old hags there put an idea in her mind saying she is too young to get tied down and she should enjoy her youth. So she dumped her guy and stuck him with the mortgage. He was working weekends to keep the house a float paying her side of the mortgage; lately his hours slightly improved. However he still holds out hope they'll get back together even though she has a new bf. He's a libra and lost a lot of weight over it.

Miserable old hags have to go around spreading their misery.

If all it took was this woman's advice to change her plans then she did him a favor. She was already searching for the exit and this outcome would have been inevitable hence why she already has a new boyfriend. The girl you speak of is the hag for it was her choice.

Why did he buy a house with her if their relationship was that weak ?

There seems to be more to the story than just the old ladies who convinced her of that right at that exact moment of time.

The breakup could have been a long time coming??

i don't know. she seems mindless like hollyhock mindless. She was asked him if she bought a car if he could do the repair work on it.

The man bought a house & ownership is 50/50 with ex?

The man should have bought the house by himself to be safe.

Perhaps the old hags were jealous. Home ownership before marriage snd all that. How old is the man, ex and ex new bf?

I'm sorry but I don't feel any sympathy. That was a stupid move with too much of a financial risk to make that kind of decision with someone who isn't 100% with you, wtf is a girlfriend?? LOL.

At the very least if he was smart, got himself a house in his name only, and let her stay with him.

I never understand how people don't see the forever committment of a mortgage. It's the same as the nuptials.... if you're lucky enough to be married 15 - 30 years.

It just amazes me. If he had married her, he would have more legal recourse.

Now, he's going to have to ask to sign the house over to him. She could be an owner forever without having to pay a dime. She could move back in with her current boyfriend if she wanted to.

Hopefully, she is not on the deed.

I had a male friend, do the same with a girlfriend.

Like, someone already said, to bad some old hags didn't talk to him as well.
