I don’t think i’d ever get married again. Right now I just want to focus on my kids while they’re all still living with me. Time is fleeting. And you never know what can happen tomorrow.
I feel like since I got seperated and divorced, i’ve made a lot of impulsive decisions and started relationships and dated people who I knew either weren’t able to commit, or that I really wasn’t that into.
So I can’t imagine committing to marriage again at this point in my life.
But I’m all for being surprised and proved wrong.

Second marriages have a high divorce rate. I think I read somewhere that it was even higher than for the first ones.
If I were to marry again, divorce would not be an option. 'Til death do us part. Natural causes or murder/suicide.

People rarely get alimony anymore. In my state you have to be married for a min 10 years to even discuss it.click to expand
