I don’t think i’d ever get married again. Right now I just want to focus on my kids while they’re all still living with me. Time is fleeting. And you never know what can happen tomorrow.

I feel like since I got seperated and divorced, i’ve made a lot of impulsive decisions and started relationships and dated people who I knew either weren’t able to commit, or that I really wasn’t that into.

So I can’t imagine committing to marriage again at this point in my life.

But I’m all for being surprised and proved wrong.

So if he was right and your kids weren’t home you would get married again?

What for?

Second marriages have a high divorce rate. I think I read somewhere that it was even higher than for the first ones.

If I were to marry again, divorce would not be an option. 'Til death do us part. Natural causes or murder/suicide.

Really? Nobody talking about divorces after second marriages. I am surprised. So...people learn NOTHING!?

Well...3 is the magic...any info in that? Lol

And loose out on the alimony checks? No way 😂

People rarely get alimony anymore. In my state you have to be married for a min 10 years to even discuss it.

Well I’m assuming most on their way to second marriages are boomers and yeah plenty of them collecting their monthly alimony checks and waiting to pull that social security

Ok. Where are we moving? Into your state or out of it? It’s a thing to think about. 🤔

More like GenXers.... boomers are well into their 60s or older at this point.

Oh God, okay I've been married 3 times and the last one I married (Gemini) was because I couldn't imagine my life without him. If you're in love, do it.
