Ha! I've ((HEARD)) that:

Southern girls: Are much more sweeter. They're all about family & children. They're not size zeroes but instead are "thick" & volumptuous! They're more natural. They're more down to earth. Much more content with serving & catering to their partners (cooking, suzie homemakers, etc.) Dress for comfort. More likely to get along with all groups/walks of life (accepting of outsiders)

Western girls: Are much more super-ficial. They're much more stuck up & the furthest from being down to earth. They seek partners according to what the other person can do for them (money, status, fame, etc.). They've got a sense of entitlement. They may be hotter but they're much harder to approach. Dress for fashion & to stand out from others. Much more likely to "Let it all hang out" & "Flaunt it if you've got it!" Much more spoiled. Much more prefered to be catered to instead of doing the catering.

Northern girls: Are much more proper. Much more conservative. Much more reserved. A bit snobby. Allow the way they dress to somehow portray their status. Much more politically involved & informed. Much more unhappy & cold (literally!). Much more concerned with the cliche life style : Getting educated & then immediately settling down with a husband & children. Treat telemarketers the worst when they get called!

Eastern girls: Are much more fiesty! Much more likely to spend their lives proving that they are just as good as their male counterparts. Much more dramatic & drawn to drama. Much more likely to have large families & groups of friends. Much more likely to party their lives away! Much more confident in their bodies.

Of course these are all just STEREOtypes so of course none of these apply to every single woman of any region, so keep that in mind before you try cutting my head off for this thread!

If any, what do you see as the differences b/w women in different regions in the U.S.

(By the way, I found this list on a website. This list is in NO way my personal viewpoint or opinion. Just found it interesting)

Eastern Girl all the way. I'm less into proving myself to my male counterparts because I know I can stack up to the men. But I like to prove myself to my family/myself. I'm not an extreme partier; I'm a homebody, but when you get me out of the house, I can get crazy. Not sure about the large family because I cannot see myself with more than two kids. I'm all about the ambition and getting shit done... but I'm also about having a good time and having good laughs.

I'm southern and that describes me, though I'm not 'thick' I finally did develop some curves though after high school haha.

Women from the south (including me) are def. not afraid to have/show off their curves. It's rare that I see a woman hiding behind the mirror all b/c she's got a few curves down here in the south. I think southern men help too b/c they're def. not ashamed of a woman with curves! That's 1 of my fav. things about southern men! They like realistic-looking women!

I am from the south and I think that was a pretty good description of the women I know, myself included. I do consider myself to be sweet (hence the screen name). I also always describe myself as down to earth. I don't mind catering to my man as long as he returns the favor. I do find it easy to get along with people from all walks of life. I'm interested in everyone's story and seeing how other people live. I had no idea that was attributed to being a "southern thing" though. I consider myself to be stylish although I love a t-shirt and a fly pair of jeans whenever I can. And yes, I have the curves. Corn fed is what I like to call it. And it's in all the right places too.....lol.

@Westside - You and I are from the same state but of different generations. Although I do agree with what you said about the men being "vagina mongering douchebags". As of late it has become hard to find a real "southern gentleman". They are far and few between down here. And the young women I meet are totally different from myself. They are very quick to fight at the drop of a hat and they change men like they change their panties. And the bitchy attitude is front and center at all times with most of them.

i know that feel babe, i know thst feel. dont fret tho because we are still out there, and we WILL find YOU.
