What I've wondered, and sincerely. Is that the vagina ( as we well know ) is a self-lubricating thing. An inside out penis cannot do this. Granted they sell such things to facilitate, but how does orgasm work. How can they possibly have one? Wouldn't that detract from the entire "I'm a woman now!" vibe?

Unsure, I do know that the surgery itself is pretty horrific. Someone is deadly in earnest to even undergo such a thing. It does bring up questions though *biting lower lip* ..and not a transgendered person anywhere to ask that I'm aware of.

I think it is pretty much a false question.

Is it more pleasurable to stroke, or be stroked? I don't think I can split a hair that fine.

Sometimes it was better for her than me, other times it was better for me than her.
