i carried a wooden crucifix around my neck and brandished it at them if they came near me, shouting, "GET AWAY DEMON!" worked like a charm.

but seriously though, just tell them you're not interested and ignore them. and if they really scare you that much, get a restraining order. 🙂

Why do you say that I am experienced in this type of situation? I have had a few guys here and there who were interested in me and the feelings were not mutual. I just told them that I was not looking for a relationship or did not want to date anyone at the time. Always worked like a charm. Lol.

Yeah, no jewelry dahling 😉. The very short answer is this: they don't believe in anything that will be seen as too ostentatious and making you immodest in the eyes of God. You are to be modest in your attire and actions; also, there is this whole concept that when you have jewels, are you worshiping them or God? I'll leave it at that!

Anyway, as I said, I don't practice - I am spiritual, not religious and I think all of that stuff is absolutely ridiculous; for the most part. I think that with anything, the times change; therefore, some of those things don't even apply now days (in my opinion). The most important thing I believe people can do is to do unto others as you would have them do unto you. There is some saying (I'm paraphrasing) "Be the change you'd like to see in the world/others" however it goes!

There was this guy who was extremely unattractive - he looks like that man-thing from Tales from the Crypt, an uglier version of Samuel L. Jackson. He had a body that was superb though - a tip drill. My Mom would call him doo-hickey.

At first he was chasing me and I ran like the dickens.

Then the tables were turned somehow and I started chasing him. Get this - he became absolutley beautiful in my eyes.

After we broke up (and at times when he made me angry)- he was hideous again. *shrugs*

PS - Although this guy was unattractive (outside and in) women flocked to him like flies to shit. He was poorer version of Hue Heffner.

Life is so funny: In the beginning I thought he was so unattractive and then the tables turned! Whenever I see him around I often wonder what in the hell I was thinking about? LOL!

That's how I get too. ^^^

I've gone out with people who weren't my "type" but they had really good personalities. My Libra ex wasn't someone I would have normally looked twice at but he was very charming. It was attractive so *shrug* I went for it 🙂
